- OMB Approves BIS Final Rule on 5 Axis Milling Machines

The Office of Management and Budget has approved a Bureau of Industry and Security final rule to make certain five axis simultaneous controlled milling machines controlled under ECCN 2B001 eligible for License Exceptions GBS and CIV. This rule also establishes a fast-track review mechanism for certain five axis simultaneous controlled milling machines controlled under ECCNs 2B001.b.2 and 2B201.b.2.
