AESTIR Changes for Jan 2012 - Export Port Codes & License Exemptions

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has posted a summary of changes for the Automated Export System Trade Interface Requirements (AESTIR) that were effective on January 6 and 19, 2012 for the following, respectively:

Appendix F - License and License Exemption Type Codes: The following ECCNs were added and made eligible for STA C59: 3A982, 3D982, and 3E982.
Appendix D - Export Port Codes: Deactivated 3991 Nippon Courier HUB, IL. Appendix D is available for download here.
