CBP Posts AESTIR Change to Appendix F (License Exemption Type Codes)

CBP posted an updated summary of changes for the Automated Export System Trade Interface Requirements (AESTIR). Most recently, the following changes to Appendix F for License Exemption Type Codes were posted:

Appendix F

• ADDED:
  • New License Code C60
  • New ECCNs to License Code C59, C35
  • “For items under 600 series ECCNs with a .y paragraph, use C60 (DY6)” to the Description of License Code C32, C33
  • “Items under 600 series ECCNs are not eligible under this license type” to the Description of License Code C39, C43, C45, C46, C49, C51, C57
