EU Official Journal Notices for April 24

In the April 24 edition of the Official Journal of the European Union the following trade-related notices were posted:

Approved biocides. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/637 of 23 April 2019 approving cholecalciferol as an active substance for use in biocidal products of product-type 14 (here).
Hazardous wastes. Council Decision (EU) 2019/638 of 15 April 2019 on the position to be taken on behalf of the European Union at the fourteenth meeting of the Conference of the Parties with regard to certain amendments to Annexes II, VIII and IX to the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal (here).
Ozone-depleting substances. Notice to undertakings intending to import or export controlled substances that deplete the ozone layer to or from the European Union in 2020 and undertakings intending to produce or import these substances for essential laboratory and analytical uses in 2020 (here).
