EU Official Journal Notices for May 15

In the May 15 edition of the Official Journal of the European Union the following trade-related notices were posted:

• Animal feeds -- additive. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/764 of 14 May 2019 concerning the authorisation of a preparation of Lactobacillus hilgardii CNCM I-4785 and Lactobacillus buchneri CNCM I-4323/NCIMB 40788 as a feed additive for all animal species (here).
• AD -- bioethanol. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/765 of 14 May 2019 repealing the anti-dumping duty on imports of bioethanol originating in the United States of America and terminating the proceedings in respect of such imports, following an expiry review pursuant to Article 11(2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/1036 of the European Parliament and of the Council (here).
• Medicines. Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/769 of 14 May 2019 amending Implementing Decision 2012/715/EU establishing a list of third countries with a regulatory framework applicable to active substances for medicinal products for human use and the respective control and enforcement activities ensuring a level of protection of public health equivalent to that in the Union (here).
• AD -- welded tubes and pipes. Notice of the impending expiry of certain anti-dumping measures (here).
