In the May 23 edition of the Official Journal of the European Union the following trade-related notices were posted:

Infant formula. Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/828 of 14 March 2019 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/127 with regard to vitamin D requirements for infant formula and erucic acid requirements for infant formula and follow-on formula (here).
Plant pest protection. Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/829 of 14 March 2019 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the European Parliament and of the Council on protective measures against pests of plants, authorising Member States to provide for temporary derogations in view of official testing, scientific or educational purposes, trials, varietal selections, or breeding (here).
Classification -- mobile phone case. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/830 of 15 May 2019 concerning the classification of certain goods in the Combined Nomenclature (here).
Cosmetics. Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/831 of 22 May 2019 amending Annexes II, III and V to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products (here).
