Commerce Dept. Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Notices for April 30

The Commerce Department published notice in the April 30 Federal Register on the following AD/CV duty proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, scope, affected firms or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):

• Certain Activated Carbon from the People’s Republic of China (A-570-904): Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, Intent to Rescind the Review, in Part, and Preliminary Determination of No Shipments; 2018-2019 (here)
• Sugar from Mexico (A-201-845/C-201-846): Continuation of Suspension of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations (here).
