Commerce Dept. Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Notices for June 2

The Commerce Department published notice in the June 2 Federal Register on the following AD/CV duty proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, scope, affected firms or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):

• Certain Collated Steel Staples From the People's Republic of China (A-570-112): Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value and Final Affirmative Critical Circumstances Determination (here)
• Certain Collated Steel Staples From the People's Republic of China (C-570-113): Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination and Final Affirmative Critical Circumstances Determination (here)
