Commerce Dept. Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Notices for July 17

The Commerce Department published notice in the July 17 Federal Register on the following AD/CV duty proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, scope, affected firms or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):

• Emulsion Styrene-Butadiene Rubber From Mexico (A-201-848): Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2017-2018 (here)
• Certain Magnesia Carbon Bricks From the People's Republic of China (C-570-955): Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2018 (here).
