Commerce Dept. Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Notices for April 6

The Commerce Department published notices in the Federal Register April 6 on the following AD/CV duty proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, scope, affected firms or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):

• Certain Quartz Surface Products From the People's Republic of China (A-570-084): Preliminary Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Rescission of Administrative Review, in Part; 2018-2020 (here)
• Certain Hardwood Plywood Products From the People's Republic of China (A-570-051/C-570-052): Preliminary Results of Changed Circumstances Reviews, and Consideration of Revocation of the Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders in Part (here).
