Commerce Dept. Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Notices for Aug. 17

The Commerce Department published notices in the Federal Register Aug. 17 on the following AD/CV duty proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, scope, affected firms or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):

• Circular Welded Carbon Steel Standard Pipe and Tube Products From Turkey (A-489-501): Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Preliminary Determination of No Shipments; 2019–2020 (here)
• Pentafluoroethane (R–125) From the People’s Republic of China (A-570-137): Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value, Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Critical Circumstances, in Part, Postponement of Final Determination, and Extension of Provisional Measures (here).
