New ITC Investigation Notices for Oct. 8

The International Trade Commission published notices in the Oct. 8 Federal Register on the following AD/CV injury, Section 337 patent or other trade proceedings (any notices that warrant a more detailed summary will be in another ITT article):

• Certain Oil-Vaping Cartridges, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same: Notice of Receipt of Complaint; Solicitation of Comments Relating to the Public Interest (here)
• Certain Balanced Armature Devices, Products Containing Same, and Components Thereof (ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-1186); Notice of a Commission Determination Finding a Violation of Section 337; Issuance of a General Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders; Termination of the Investigation (here).
