Commerce Dept. Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Notices for March 14

The Commerce Department published notices in the Federal Register March 14 on the following AD/CV duty proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, scope, affected firms or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):

• Oil Country Tubular Goods from the Republic of Korea (C-580-913): Preliminary Negative Countervailing Duty Determination and Alignment of Final Determination with Final Antidumping Duty Determination (here)
• Oil Country Tubular Goods from the Russian Federation (C-821-834): Preliminary Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination, Preliminary Negative Critical Circumstances Determination, and Alignment of Final Determination with Final Antidumping Duty Determination (here).
