Commerce Dept. Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Notices for Aug. 19

The Commerce Department published notices in the Federal Register Aug. 19 on the following AD/CV duty proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, scope, affected firms or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):

• Certain Cold-Rolled Steel Flat Products from the People’s Republic of China and the Republic of Korea (C-570-030; C-580-882): Continuation of Countervailing Duty Orders (here)
• Polyester Staple Fiber from the Republic of Korea and Taiwan (A-580-839, A-583-833): Continuation of the Antidumping Duty Orders (here)
• Sulfanilic Acid from India (C-533-807): Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2021 (here).
