Commerce Dept. Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Notices for March 1

The Commerce Department published notices in the Federal Register March 1 on the following AD/CV duty proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, scope, affected firms or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):

• Antidumping or Countervailing Duty Order, Finding, or Suspended Investigation; Advance Notification of Five-Year Sunset Review (here)
• Certain Welded Carbon Steel Standard Pipes and Tubes from India (A-533-502): Final Negative Determinations of Circumvention of the Antidumping Duty Order (here)
• Initiation of Five-Year (Sunset) Reviews (here).
