Commerce Dept. Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Notices for March 9

The Commerce Department published notices in the Federal Register March 9 on the following AD/CV duty proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, scope, affected firms or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):

• Certain Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Products from the People’s Republic of China (A-570-010): Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, Partial Rescission of Antidumping Administrative Review, and Preliminary Determination of No Shipments; 2021-2022 (here)
• Ripe Olives from Spain (C-469-818): Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2020 (here).
