Commerce Dept. Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Notices for April 20

The Commerce Department published notices in the Federal Register April 20 on the following AD/CV duty proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, scope, affected firms or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):

• Certain Cold-Drawn Mechanical Tubing of Carbon and Alloy Steel from India (C-533-874): Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Review of the Countervailing Duty Order (here)
• Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products from the Republic of Korea (A-580-883): Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2020-2021 (here).
