Commerce Dept. Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Notices for June 13

The Commerce Department published notices in the Federal Register June 13 on the following AD/CV duty proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, scope, affected firms or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):

• Carbon and Alloy Seamless Standard, Line and Pressure Pipe (Under 4 ½ Inches) from Japan and Romania (A-588-851, A-485-805): Continuation of the Antidumping Duty Orders (here)
• Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products from the Republic of Korea (A-580-883): Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Preliminary Determination of No Shipments; 2021-2022 (here).
