Commerce Dept. Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Notices for July 20

The Commerce Department published notices in the Federal Register July 20 on the following AD/CV duty proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, scope, affected firms or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):

• Certain Hardwood Plywood Products from the People’s Republic of China (A-570-051/C-570-052): Final Scope Determination and Affirmative Final Determination of Circumvention of the Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders (here)
