Plaintiff X Corp., formerly Twitter, voluntarily agreed to have a U.S. magistrate judge conduct further proceedings in a fraud case against the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH), said a Monday filing (docket 3:23-cv-03836) in U.S. District Court for Northern California in San Francisco.
