Commerce Dept. Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Notices for Aug. 18

The Commerce Department published notices in the Federal Register Aug. 18 on the following AD/CV duty proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, scope, affected firms or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):

• Carbon and Alloy Steel Wire Rod from the Republic of Turkey (C-489-832): Continuation of the Countervailing Duty Order (here)
• Certain Lined Paper Products from India and the People’s Republic of China (A-533-843, A-570-901, C-533-844): Continuation of Antidumping Duty Orders and Countervailing Duty Order (here)
• Dioctyl Terephthalate from the Republic of Korea (A-580-889): Continuation of Antidumping Duty Order (here).
