Commerce Dept. Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Notices for Sept. 6

The Commerce Department published notices in the Federal Register Sept. 6 on the following AD/CV duty proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, scope, affected firms or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):

• Certain Brake Drums from the People’s Republic of China and the Republic of Turkey (C-570-175, C-489-854): Postponement of Preliminary Determinations in the Countervailing Duty Investigations (here)
• Common Alloy Aluminum Sheet from the People’s Republic of China (A-570-073/C-570-074): Continuation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders (here).
