CBP's Sept. 18 Customs Bulletin Contains 2 Ruling Notices

CBP has released its Sept. 18 Customs Bulletin (Vol. 58, No. 37), which includes the following ruling actions:

Proposed modification of one ruling letter and modification of treatment relating to the tariff classification of certain wheels and hubs for trucks and trailers
Proposed revocation of three ruling letters and proposed revocation of treatment relating to the applicability of the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) to incandescent string lights.
