Commerce Dept. Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Notices for Sept. 23

The Commerce Department published notices in the Federal Register Sept. 23 on the following AD/CV duty proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, scope, affected firms or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):

• Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells, Whether or Not Assembled into Modules, from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (A-555-003, A-557-830, A-549-851, A-552-841): Postponement of Preliminary Determinations in the Less-Than-Fair-Value Investigations (here).
