Miscellaneous CBP Releases

CBP issued the following releases on commercial trade and related matters:

• REMINDER: The ACE production standard invasive maintenance beginning Sept. 28 at 10 p.m EDT will include PGA changes. Following the Sept, 28 deployment, the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Core business rule updates will be active in CBP’s PRODUCTION environment (here)
• REMINDER: On Sept. 28, CBP will deploy enhancements to the Document Image System (DIS) to facilitate export vehicle-related document submission via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) (here)
• Information: QB 25-306 2025 Specialty Sugar Period 2 has been published online (here)
• Information: QB 24-304 2025 Sugar Containing Products has been published online (here).
