CBP issued the following releases on commercial trade and related matters:

• ACE production standard invasive maintenance, Oct. 5 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. Oct. 6 EDT (here)
• Please discontinue temporary guidance issued for USDA Animal Plant Health and Inspection Service (APHIS) items; APHIS errors have been resolved with the morning deployment on Oct. 3 (see 2410020034). Discontinue that APHIS guidance and file the APHIS data as expected per the APHIS Implementation Guide (here).
• Upcoming retirement of the Vessel Management Universe in ACE Reports: The Vessel Management Universe.unv will be retiring on Thursday, Oct. 17 (here).
