Commerce Dept. Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Notices for Oct. 8

The Commerce Department published notices in the Federal Register Oct. 8 on the following AD/CV duty proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, scope, affected firms or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):

• Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes from the Republic of Korea (A-580-880): Preliminary Results and Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, in Part; 2022-2023 (here)
• Non-Malleable Cast Iron Pipe Fittings from the People’s Republic of China (A-580-875): Final Results of Expedited Fourth Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order (here).
