CBP issued the following releases on commercial trade and related matters:

UPDATE: Electronic Export Manifest Implementation Guides Appendix P – pilot participants carriers submitting electronically (here)
RESOLVED: Air manifest split release posting incorrectly (see 2410220029) (here)
UPDATE: ACE Portal Modernization: CBP set to retire additional legacy ACE portal account views on Oct. 26: Filer; Shipper/Consignee. After Oct. 25, users (with applicable access) will only be able to access these account views in the modernized ACE Portal (here).
