CBP Ruling HQ H318727 Used Self-Propelled Vehicles from the Continental United States to Puerto Rico: The “Exporting a Motor Vehicle” page on cbp.gov has been updated to provide information on used self-propelled vehicle shipments from the continental United States to Puerto Rico. This guidance supersedes guidance (see 2108240078) provided Aug. 24, 2021. (here).
