CBP issued the following releases on commercial trade and related matters:

• RESOLVED: Delayed Outbound Notifications for ACE In-Bond, Air Entry Type 86, ACE Air Manifest and Ocean Manifest (see 2412100033) as of Dec. 11 at 7:22 a.m. EST (here)
• UPDATE: Electronic Export Manifest (EEM) Appendix J – Response Code Updates: CBP updated the EEM application by implementing three validations to promote accurate formatting in the EEM party details and Destination Country. This message is an update to CSMS # 63129226, published on Nov. 21, which identified Dec. 11 as the deployment date. Promotion of the validations to the PRODUCTION environment has been delayed until January 2025. (here).
