CBP issued the following releases on commercial trade and related matters:

CBP has updated the compliance date for the Interim Final Rule -- Agreement Between the United States of America, the United Mexican States, and Canada (USMCA) Implementing Regulations Related to Textile and Apparel Goods, Automotive Goods, and Other USMCA Provisions. The 120-day delayed compliance date has been updated to May 19, 2025 (here).
An updated draft version of the FDA Supplemental Guide (draft version 2.5.12, dated 1/15/25) has been posted in the ‘Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities’ section of CBP.gov (here).
The ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update (v100) has been updated with a critical change for the 54-record, Type 07 (Aluminum Smelt and Cast Country Detail) (here).
There will be an ACE Certification Standard invasive maintenance window from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Jan. 22 (here).
