Fellowes, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its electric air purifiers of Harmonized Tariff Schedule secondary subheading 9903.88.01, which comes with a 25% Section 301 duty, should be duty-free under subheading 9903.88.67. # 25-00024. Filed Jan. 22.

Industrial Pesquera Santa Priscila S.A. and Sociedad Nacional de Galapagos, challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in the countervailing duty investigation on frozen warmwater shrimp from Ecuador. # 25-00025. Filed Jan. 22.
