CBP issued the following releases on commercial trade and related matters:

On Jan. 21, the Commerce Department initiated its less-than-fair-value (A-570-196) and countervailing duty (C-570-197) investigations on “Slag Pots from China" (see 2501220047) (here)
Harmonized System Update 2502 (see 2501220003) includes tariff flagging updates for the following partner government agencies: (1) for the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, AQX was removed from 2 HTS codes; (2) for the FDA, FD2 was changed to FD1 on 1 HTS code (here).
