Miscellaneous CBP Releases

CBP issued the following releases on commercial trade and related matters:

• CBP will be deploying an update to ACE Collections Non-Tariff bills to be consistent with the Non-Tariff bill statute on Feb. 1. The update includes the statute language for disputes and cross-servicing as well as displaying the Late Pay Penalty and Non-Tariff interest amounts on the CBP Bill Form (here).
