United States, challenging the alleged negligence of Shunny Corp., doing business as Sampac Enterprises, in failing to pay duties on its health food and dietary supplement materials from China. # 25-00039. Filed Feb. 3.
Mirror Metals, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its steel entries qualify for exclusions from Section 232 steel and aluminum tariffs. # 25-00040. Filed Feb. 4.
