Alpine Corp., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its pumps of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8413.70.2004, free of duty, and secondary subheading 9903.88.01, which carries a 25% Section 301 duty, are eligible for an exclusion from the Section 301 duties under secondary subheading 9903.88.67. # 25-00045.
