SBOT Technologies LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its Caper Cart mobile point-of-sale devices of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8716.80.5090, dutiable at 3.2% with a 25% Section 301 tariff, should be classified under subheading 8470.50.0020, free of duty with a 7.5% Section 301 tariff. # 25-00046.
