Huhtamaki, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its plates and clamshell containers of molded bamboo pulp of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 4823.70.0040, free of duty, and secondary subheading 9903.88.03, 25% Section 301 duty, should be classified under subheading 4823.70.0020 and secondary subheading 9903.88.67, both free of duty. # 25-00048.
