Commerce Dept. Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Notices for April 18

The Commerce Department published notices in the Federal Register April 18 on the following antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CVD rates, scope, affected firms or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):

• Fresh Tomatoes from Mexico (A-201-820): Intent to Terminate Suspension Agreement, Rescind an Administrative Review, and Issue an Antidumping Duty Order (here)
• Uncovered Innerspring Units from the People’s Republic of China, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and South Africa (A-570-928, A-552-803, A-791-821): Continuation of Antidumping Duty Orders (here).
