Notice concerning the anti-dumping measures in force in respect of imports of certain grain-oriented flat-rolled products of silicon-electrical steel originating, inter alia, in Japan: name change of one company subject to the anti-dumping duty rate for cooperating non-sampled companies
(2019/C 133/04)
Imports of certain grain-oriented flat-rolled products of silicon-electrical steel originating, inter alia, in Japan are subject to a minimum price regime in combination with definitive anti-dumping duties, imposed by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1953 (1).
Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation, TARIC additional code C041, a company located in Japan whose exports to the Union of certain grain-oriented flat-rolled products of silicon-electrical steel are subject to an individual anti-dumping rate of 35,9 %, informed the Commission that it has changed its name as set out below.
The company has asked the Commission to confirm that the change of name does not affect the right of the company to benefit from the individual duty rate applied to the company under its previous name.
The Commission has examined the information supplied and concluded that the change of name in no way affects the findings of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1953.
Therefore, the reference in Article 1(4) of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1953 to:
Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation, Tokyo, Japan |
C041 |
should be read as
Nippon Steel Corporation, Tokyo, Japan |
C041 |
The TARIC additional code C041 previously attributed to Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation shall apply to Nippon Steel Corporation.
(1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1953 of 29 October 2015 imposing a definitive duty on imports of certain grain-oriented flat-rolled products of silicon-electrical steel originating in the People's Republic of China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, the Russian Federation and the United States of America (OJ L 284, 30.10.2015, p. 109).
